1. maintain a close relationship and communication with each food and beverage leader, as well as with other departments, to ensure efficient operation and quality service for members.
2. constantly monitor and review menus, including food, beverage, and wine list, ensuring a competitive and up-to-date list at all times.
3. develop and implement all operating standards for food and beverage service in accordance with maravilla los cabos service culture.
4. plan, coordinate and execute the talent development plan of the food and beverage department.
5. evaluate performance and implement improvements if necessary.
