*essential responsibilities and accountabilities*:
- monitor client's online issues list throughout the day for new issues.
- working with internal teams such as business units, production, logistics, array mexico and array asia, find creative solutions for fixing issues identified by client.
- work within internal system to validate inventory & coordinate shipment of replacement parts from one of array's warehouses.
- obtain shipping cost information and make shipping decisions on a case-by-case basis.
- update client on status of upcoming deliveries or fixes.
- coordinate fixes for multiple issues at once, staying organized and tracking tasks through to close.
- identify patterns in issues, research root cause, and implement improvements to mitigate going forward.
- provides positive customer service and supports the maintenance of effective client relations.
- attends daily and weekly operations meetings.
- prepares & update daily reports to both internal & external stakeholders.
- updates information on dataweb and industrios (internal project management software), and through client portals as needed in an accurate and timely manner
- trains others as required.
- supports continuous improvement initiatives.
- conducts all work duties as per the occupational health & safety act & regulations, the health, safety & environmental policies, procedures, and policies of array canada.
- may be required to travel within canada, united states and internationally.
- performs any other reasonable assignments given by the department management or his/her designates.

*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree (b.
a.)
or college diploma in a relevant discipline (technical discipline); and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- intermediate to advanced knowledge of ms office; must be able to work effectively within ms excel including understanding formulas such as vlookup.
- strong customer service skills and ability to create and maintain positive internal and external relationships.
- must be highly detail oriented.
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- exceptional planning, time-management, organizational and follow-through skills.
- process improvement mindset
- ability to effectively facilitate communications.
- ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- ability to read cad drawings an asset.

- ability to conduct evaluations, assessments, and analysis of new projects.
- may be required to travel within canada, united states and internationally.
