skills and experiences you have proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in field service area and d365 crm systems.
extensive technical expertise in the field of ms business solutions, in particular ms dynamics crm / ce as well as in the design of architectures.
you have good knowledge of the microsoft ecosystem especially in the d365 area.
you have excellent communication and presentation skills.
you are able to understand and address customer needs effectively.
you have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
you are able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
you are fluent in spoken and written english; any other european language is a plus.

helping our customers define integrated solutions with microsoft dynamics 365 crm / ce.
assumption of overall responsibility for the technical implementation and function as an interface between customer and development team (onshore / nearshore / offshore).
competent advice to our customers on the development of company-wide crm platforms with regard to technical implementation.
responsible for the structured recording of customer requirements as part of our crm project approach model.
leverage avanade's internal application lifecycle management assets, tools, and best practices, including data management and data model validation tools, as well as devops yaml pipelines as customizable starting points for each project.
apply proven testing frameworks such as avanade ui automation with specflow (bdd - human readable automated testcases) and leverage proven testing strategies.
support sales in relevant acquisition phases as a technical and/or functional expert.
assumption of leadership in the project team in the development of sustainable solution concepts.
work directly with marketing to develop solutions using out-of-the-box thinking.
as a d365 ce solution architect, you will need to build relationships with microsoft sales & pre-sales counterparts, estimate and design staffing for proposed solutions and develop familiarity with isv solutions for the banking industry.
