As a key account manager, you will be responsible for developing and performing effective sales strategies that drive financial growth, build strong customer relationships and differentiate us from our competitors.

- develop, communicate and implement the vision and strategic direction to deliver sales and profit growth.
- improve business strategies to ensure participation and profitable growth of the businesses.
- be responsible for the implementation of the value selling process with strategic customers.
- design commercial strategies that make a difference in the market.
- coordinate new product launches in customer lines.
- ensure profitability of commercial accounts.
*qualifications*
- knowledge of the powder coatings, liquid paints and pretreatment market and its technologies is desirable.
- minimum 3 to 5 years of field sales experience (coatings sales desirable).
- bachelor's degree
- advance (proficient) english.
- availability to travel and to be in the field 80% of the time.
