the opportunity
we are looking for instructional design senior consultants with expertise in system implementation/sap projects to join the gds pc team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the gds pc team.
your key responsibilities
collaborate with sap/systems implementation (si) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (smes), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needsutilize addie, kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging sap/si course content and learning activitiesdetermine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for sap/si projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instrumentsensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterpartsbe recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the sap/si domainmaintain and update the training materials and documentation according to the changes and updates in the sap system and business requirementseffectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team memberssupport development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the practicecontribute to thought leadership development for the sap/si learning domainskills and attributes for success
ability to manage ambiguity and be proactiveextremely sharp attention to detailgreat stakeholder management skillsstrong communication and presentation skillscross cultural awareness and sensitivityhigh energy levels, agility and adaptabilityability to comprehend new content and topics across different domainsopen to travel for client projects that are approved as per ey and country specific travel advisory guidelinesto qualify for the role, you must have
bachelor's or associate degree with 4 - 7 years of relevant experienceproven experience and knowledge of sap systems, modules, and functions, such as sap fi, sap hr, sap mm, s4/hana etc.knowledge of multiple erp systems, such as oracle, workday etc. is a plusexcellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelineseffective writing skills (grasp and command over english)proficiency in ms powerpoint and ms excelability to articulate design decisions, suggestions and provide creative directionproficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools: sap enablenow, articulate storyline, adobe captivate, walkme, camtasia, vyond, videoscribepractical knowledge and experience in instructional design principlesexperience developing a wide range of digital learning deliverables: web-based learning, videos, interactive pdfs, webcasts, podcasts, nano-learnings, viltability to review learning deliverables developed by othersability to develop learning estimations and proposalsexcellent knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and learning experience platformsideally, you'll also have
experience with a data-driven approach to instructional design, using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize content efficacyproven project management experience to take digital learning from concept to deliveryknowledge of course development software and at least one learning management systemwhat we look for
learning experts in the sap/si domain with commercial acumen, relevant experiences and high degree of enthusiasm to adapt and learn in a fast-moving environment. Knowledge and experience of working in a cross-cultural setup.
