as a project manager you will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring and compliance of projects related to the delivery of dry type distribution transformer products produced safely, profitably and delivered on time and that meet the highest quality standards required within the budget. Includes personnel management, budget, and cost reporting.

- is responsible for the gross profit result, and profit improvement at the end of the project, aligned with the contract requirements.
- project administration, ensuring timely delivery of the project-product and compliance with profitability in its execution.
- coordinate the analysis, review and understanding of the information provided by clients in conjunction with the different areas of the company, to ensure its clarity and therefore compliance with all clauses and/or specifications of the contracts.
- ensure communication between the different areas of the company and the immediate and efficient solution of any problem or deviation that arises during the development of the project to guarantee its compliance.
- coordinate and control the flow of information between the company and the client, to provide correct and timely data on the status of your project.
- monitor that client interests and expectations (not always stipulated in a contract) are understood in all areas and lead so that they are met in a timely manner.
- obtain and evaluate customer satisfaction at the end of the project in conjunction with the different areas of the company and see that actions are established based on the lessons learned for future contracts.
- responsibility for complying and/or enforcing the protocols, policies, and guidelines of the current comprehensive management system (ehs, quality).
*what you bring*
- bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or industrial engineering
- (+5 years) of general experience in project manager functions for products or energy projects, with knowledge in production, manufacturing, assembly, and factory operations.
- very good command of english, both written and spoken
- management skills to provide value-added leadership and foster highly motivated teams
- proficient in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
- must possess effective presentation skills
