* maintain performance targets (kpi’s) to ensure high quality customer service and targeted business generation by customer, segment, trade, etc.
* monitor market trends, competition and evaluate opportunities for new products and activities.
* communicate with trade and share data that supports the profitability of the service.
qualifications
education: college degree in business, logistics or international commerce
knowledge: logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, automotive industry
experience: 3-5 years in a similar position
required language: english/spanish
availability to travel: yes, domestic trips. Less than 10% of time.
