Job description as a hr generalist intern here at honeywell, youwill play a crucial role in supporting our hr initiatives and ensuring thesmooth operation of our hr functions within the mexico offices. You will beresponsible for implementing hr strategies that support business objectives,fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with regulationsand company policies.
you will report directly to our hr director andyou'll work out of our samara site and on tecnoparque office. In this role, youwill impact the organization by effectively managing employee relations,providing guidance on hr policies and procedures, and supporting thedevelopment and implementation of hr programs. You will also contribute to theoverall success of the hr team by collaborating with cross-functional teams anddriving continuous improvement initiatives.

key responsibilities
· partner with business leaders to develop andexecute hr strategies that drive business results.
· provide guidance on complex hr issues,organizational design, and development.

qualifications
· bachelor's degree in human resources, businessadministration, or related field.
