this role supports the human resources department and business leaders in managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with mexican labor laws, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of hr practices and local regulations.
tasks & responsabilities
* hr administration:
o manage the administrative execution of all changes throughout the employee life cycle, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
o create and manage hr-related documents, such as employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, compensation adjustments, and job function changes. Ensure all necessary signatures are obtained.
o provide comprehensive administrative support to employees and managers on all matters related to their employment, including onboarding, offboarding, and any life situations impacting their work relationship.
o liaise with local administration for all related legal compulsory declarations.
o ensure legal and company reportings.
* recruitment support:
o post job openings on various platforms and assist with candidate screening.
o schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment efforts with hiring managers.
o support the creation of job descriptions and maintain an updated list of open positions.
* payroll and benefits administration:
o prepare and coordinate payroll processes, acting as the key liaison with our payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
o handle employee inquiries related to salary, overtime, and deductions.
o maintain bamboo up to date.
profile required
* educational background:
o bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
o 4 to 5 years of experience in an hr administrative role.
* professional background:
o experience working in international environment is an advantage.
* skills & abilities:
o experience of hr systems and data management.
o fluent in spanish & english.
o ms office proficient (excel, word, powerpoint).
