*more about the role*:
engage with customer on npi build to understand the requirement of new product.
work with design & engineering team in material/process improvement, including alignment on product & process capabilities.
- advanced planning, organizing and execution skills
- capable of deploying advanced project management tools
- strong influencing & interpersonal skills

*more about you*:
the npi engineer will work closely with the process engineering team, production cell team and other functional teams to ensure manufacturing readiness of the new product portfolio.
you will engage with the process engineers, manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, operators, and any other necessary personnel to drive the successful product qualification and transition to mass production.

- ability to orchestrate and prioritize multiple activities at once to accomplish division goals.
- experience leading lean/six sigma/continuous improvement manufacturing projects and implementation.
- capability or experience in using english language in professional occasions.
- bachelor's degree in related technical discipline.
mechanical or chemical engineering preferred.
- experience demostrated leading engineering projects
- capacity to create teamwork and leadership
- knowledge of apqp/ppap
- you will use your skills/experience to influence product design teams to improve design for manufacturability, while ensuring the highest levels of quality.
