.the senior network administrator position directly supports rain bird's it infrastructure.
this includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all server hardware, software, and communication links.
the person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training where required.
in addition, this person will participate in management of cybersecurity tools and programs, risk management processes, and control framework implementation.- administer and support servers, including mail, file, print, backup, and their associated operating systems and software- administer security solutions, including endpoint protection, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners- coordinate ongoing vulnerability remediation projects- install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, servers, printers, scanners, firewalls, switches, routers, and other infrastructure components- conduct research on server, network, and security products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts- administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights
