*sales & business development engineer*:

sikora is a german company with 50 years in the market, for quality assurance during the production of cables, hoses, tubes, optical fibers and plastics.
*these are your tasks*:
- creating a close relationship with existing customers and acquiring new customers within the assigned business territory incl. regular visits.
- market research to develop the territory.
- explaining the technical aspects of products and individual solutions as well as benefits and services for customers using technical presentations.
- international and domestic travels up to 70% of your working time.
- seeking and organizing sales projects incl. preparation of proposals, negotiations and closing.
- attending international exhibitions and/or conferences (valid passport and visa are required).
*these are our expectations*:
- bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent.
- experience in the industry (wire, cable, tube, hose, plastics and/or equipment’s for production lines are a plus) of at least 5 years.
- at least 3 years of experience developing new business and creating alliance with current customers.
- good skills in ms office, skills in ms dynamics 365 crm are a plus.
- willingness to travel constantly (occasionally also outside mexico).
- customer oriented.
- proficiency english language (spoken and written).
