job summary
the financial analyst uses professional concepts, company policies, legal contract terms and documents, to solve a variety of requests/problems for billing procedures. Regularly works on disputes of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a deep review of identifiable factors to solve them in a practical and company/customer satisfaction-oriented way.
responsibilities
* the finance analyst role is in charge of managing recurring billing for minor accounts, solving billing issues, and analyzing billing/legal data; processing billing by using two different systems.
* following general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments or projects.
* manage large spreadsheet data in excel and manage web-based billing systems.
* will be responsible for contracts with low complexity, will prepare, maintain, and reconcile all necessary billing cycle activities to deliver accurate and effective client billing information.
* ensures contract compliance and regularly will be supporting internal and external audits.
* ensures the correct and accurate interpretation of the legal contracts in the system set-up and billing processes on each and every one of the clients assigned to their portfolio as finance i.
* contracts sox compliance is to be fully applied and constant audits must be successfully passed.
* high accountability in the contract´s set-up and billing processes.
* brings significant improvements to the existing processes, reducing billable times, and the possibility of error.
* advanced excel training hub courses - certifications are desirable.
* starts develop personal judgment when assisting in credits, contracts set-up and contract audits.
skills
* degree in economic-administrative careers or similar. (can be in process of certification)
* requires at least 1-2 years of significant related work experience. (current or previous)
* high ability to analyze legal documents and provide an interpretation of them - reading comprehension
* experience in the utilization of billing systems desirable.
* strong pc skills, including excel - pivot tables and vlookups is a must.
* excellent english skills, verbal, and written communication. (80% min cc score)
* ability to exercise good business judgment.
* must be customer satisfaction oriented.
* must work well under pressure.
* excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
* 6 sigma white belt is required, certification is to be completed during the first 3 months of trial/training.
