your responsibilities: assist with daily operations and reporting (this includes direct interaction with the team; people skills are required).
support call center staff with administrative tasks.
( you might be required to make or take calls) monitor performance metrics and ensure quality standards.
? Help manage schedules, training materials, and internal communication.
work closely with leadership to improve efficiency.
requirements: what we're looking for: ? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Good communication and negotiation skills.
?Previous call center/quality control experience ? Excellent computer proficiency (excel, crm, call center tools).
? Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail.
? Proficiency in excel, google sheets, sql, and bi tools (power bi, tableau, etc.).
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
experience: 1-3 years in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role (preferably in a call center).
location: home office - work from anywhere in mexico!
schedule: full-time, flexible shifts available- 40 - 48 hrs a week.
