develop a proactive pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.analyze internal and external databases to identify suitable candidates.manage a 20+ open requisition load, filling positions within 32 days.screen and review resume and interview candidates to develop a pipeline to fill open roles, conducting interviews weekly.gather and submit relevant candidate information to hiring leaders, including a candidate's application, resume, hr interview notes, required testing, and reference check report.review job descriptions in order to understand the needs of hiring managers as well as ask relevant questions that will help identify the right candidate(s).
