about the role
as part of our digital & technology team, you will be responsible for optimizing user experience, identifying business needs, and facilitating product development. You will also manage the deployment of new digital tools and oversee integration, testing, and launches.
key responsibilities
* ensure all user experience elements are optimized for usability, functionality, and design.
* translate business demands into solution requirements.
* work with stakeholders to ensure the solutions/product team receives necessary inputs.
* facilitate product development processes.
* deploy new digital tools developed.
* manage integration, user acceptance testing, and launch management.
requirements
* degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related field.
* 5 years of experience in it consulting, project management, or similar role.
* desirable background in finance.
* advanced english language skills.
* strong stakeholder management, results-driven approach, teamwork.
