position summary
coordinate scrap physical collection from the work centers, verify, correct system write-off and final disposal of containers. Service parts, scrap, non productive material warehouse and re work orders. Coordinate generation, fabrication or collection parts and their final delivery to shipping. Generate reports required to support inventory control functions of the department. Generate de ir re-work orders on a timely basis, including delivery of paperwork to the work center and proper record keeping.
duties

2. responsible for the control and distribution of service part orders and their timely entry to the computer system.
3. responsible for reviewing reports required to maintain the service requirements updated and assist in the entry of packing slips to maintain a continuous flow of receiving shipments.
4. responsible for the input, coordination and maintenance of mrb vendor drop inventory/lists on the oracle and as400 systems.
education degree
* bachelor's degree in engineering general
required experience
* one (1) year in inventory control knowledge.
* two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in manufacturing processes such as assembly, machining and sheet metal fabrication.
* two (2) years’ experience required with knowledge of shop floor control, materials requirements planning (mrp), product structures, and a general knowledge of inventory systems.
* prior experience as an inventory control specialist is preferred.
* one (1) year order entry experience.
