Job description
key responsibilities:
* be experts in production delivery control, quality assurance, people management and line balancing.
* support manager to build up and optimize production internal management system.
* production cost control which includes wip, head count, over time, scrap and so on to meet team target.
* understand and provide solutions to resolve operational constraints.
* implement preventative operational improvement activities based upon actual data with relevant function team together.
* manage team members to follow company policies and rules, keeping the team in good morale and discipline.
* maintain a good working environment, leading all subordinates to follow safety & security guidelines and avoid accidents.
* evaluate team members' performance and provide suggestions or solutions for improvement.
* work closely with all cross-functional team members to achieve company goals.
skills you must bring with you:
* engineering degree required, with a good knowledge base and strong application skills, hands-on capability.
* 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant, with experience leading a team.
* good level of written and reading english is required.
* familiarity with production management and process distribution, with rich experience in delivery on time, quality improvement, and assembly operations.
* willingness to learn and develop, self-driven, motivated with a high level of initiative.
* excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, along with strong analytical & organizational skills.
