A leader in the hospitality industry are looking for an executive chef to join one of their hotels based in venda (thohoyandou).- responsible for the administration and control of all kitchen areas- supervises sous chefs, chef de parties, cooks and all other kitchen staff- assists in menu planning, food purchasing, food cost control and various other assignments, i.e.
