essential duties, goals and objectives:
• labor law and compliance: staying up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices are compliant and minimize legal risks.
•relationship management: building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective hr support.
•change management: skilled in guiding employees and management through organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, or process improvements.
•employee relations: managing conflicts, handling employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
•talent management: identifying and developing top talent within the organization, including succession planning and career development.
•performance management: implementing performance review processes, offering feedback, and assisting in goal setting to enhance employee performance and development.
•problem-solving: addressing complex hr challenges and finding effective solutions that align with both business and employee needs.
•influence and negotiation: skilled in persuading and influencing stakeholders, negotiating terms, and mediating conflicts.
•project management: effectively managing hr projects, such as implementing new policies, training programs, or hr technology systems.
what is required:
• bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or organization development or equivalent.
• demonstrable experience in human resources positions. Highly desirable in automotive companies.
• advanced english skills
• knowledgeable in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, training.
• excellent project skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation.
