human resources business partner manager – staff division
as hr business partner manager, you will champion initiatives that improve hr processes and develop best practices to foster business efficiency. This position is a key advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that people initiatives help team viva attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. You will anticipate opportunities and proactively define strategies that enhance business performance while fostering a culture of growth and innovation. To achieve this, you will collaborate with the hrbp staff director, hr centers of expertise (coe), and hr shared services to deliver hr programs and provide ongoing support.
key responsibilities:
* serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing coaching and counseling.
* link organizational knowledge to strategic hr initiatives.
* lead talent development programs for leadership and staff.
* champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with #teamviva’s values.
* implement change management strategies that support business transformation.
* manage and resolve complex employee relations issues effectively.
* influence senior leadership decision-making by ensuring hr factors and risks are considered at the earliest stages.
* partner closely with hr coes and shared services to engage the right subject matter experts for business needs.
* drive engagement and retention strategies by identifying trends and implementing targeted solutions.
* monitor hr metrics and recommend data-driven improvements to policies and procedures.
who you are:
* bachelor’s degree in administration, strategy, marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ year of experience in an hr business-facing role.
* bilingual (spanish & english) – must.
* skilled in xls, crm, ats, and people analytics software .
* strong background in employee relations and conflict resolution.
* experience in talent management, leadership development, and succession planning .
* ability to influence, coach, and consult with professionals at all levels.
* exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
* comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant change.
* highly analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset .
* passionate about creating a thriving team environment and enhancing employee experience.
* able to transition seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution .
