*job overview:
*they are seeking a remote customer success manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating the deal lifecycle process between clients and sba lender banks.
*responsibilities*:
pre-loan approval / underwriting duties:
- initiate and send ndas to new clients.
- send clients initial deal intake questionnaires to collect specific deal information.
- set up secure data rooms for new clients.
Post-loan approval duties:
- send the client a generic closing checklist during underwriting.
- initiate the procurement/collection of documents needed based on the type of deal.
- participate in the initial kick-off call with the bank’s closer and client.
- follow up twice a week on every deal file to track progress.
- prioritize 5 key items weekly for each client’s closing checklist.
- ensure all deals close within 4 weeks of approval.
*qualifications, skills, and key competencies*:
- 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or communications management.
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- proficiency in microsoft office and google workspace.
- persistent, tenacious, and results-driven mindset.
