Cuautitlán stamping & assembly plant finance team is seeking a finance analyst with strong business acumen and the ability to interface with our operating partners.
- the finance analyst role is critical to reporting real-time cost performance and helping operations develop cost savings strategies throughout the facility.
bachelor's degree preferably in finance, business administration or accounting (mba is a plus).
- good communication and presentation skills (spanish and english).
- strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well across multiple functions.
- ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to nonfinancial professionals.

- required advance excel and powerpoint skills (alteryx and qlik sense is a plus).
responsible for plant overhead (supplies & services, maintenances, scrap, freight, etc.)
budget preparation, monthly closing analysis (variance explanations) & purchase orders control of multiple plant areas.
- prepare and oversee plant labor budget and forecast and support any special requirement from na manufacturing
- delivering consistent accuracy in predicting financial performance.
- develop daily, weekly, and monthly cost reporting to support operations.
- lead manpower strategies (on-roll hiring, required to operate personnel, etc) to ensure plant volume achievement.
- interface with the operating team to address cost issues/problems teams may encounter.
- actively pursue recoveries from suppliers for part shortages and incoming quality issues
- incorporate new technologies into daily operations to modernize the way we do business (alteryx, power apps, qlik sense, etc.)
- prepare monthly accounts sub-ledgers reconciliations.
- support special studies to find optimal labor & overhead plant cost opportunities & cost per unit improvements.
- prepare monthly invoices to intercompany locations to ensure the proper cost recognition and classification.
