The intern dasp concessions will provide support and service to the sales team, being the point of contact between studios and concessions partners for all in-cinema products:- product approvals - being the channel to share and filter the comments and approvals between both parties in order to reach an agreement and make the necessary changes.- point person with cpgp for shared contracts for concessions partners.- communication materials follow-up approvals with studios and regional marketing- administrative processes responsible - contracts, peas, royalty billing, etc.- follow-up with the sales team and planning for the media commitments in our platforms.
*responsibilities*:- responsible and link for promotions with finance, managing all the administrative control of the concessions partners: peas, pos, contracts with vendors, etc.- responsible and link for promotions with cpgp, for shared contracts.- responsible and link for promotions with studios and regional marketing, for approvals.- responsible and link for promotions with ils, verifying that all promotional partners have their famas and audits in order.- responsible and link for promotions with sales and planning, for the media commitments in concessions contracts.- concentrate, register and organize the financial and conceptual information of promotions in disney systems.- responsible for administrative processes with vendors (contracts, pos, etc.).
*basic qualifications*:- student or recent graduate: bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, administration or similar.- skills: team work, results oriented, task focus, orderly, proactive, responsible,commercial sensitivity and service attitude.- technical / specific expertise: office (excel, powerpoint and word).- advanced english desirable.
