you play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (ci) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote ci progress and keep track of the department kpi scorecards.
how you will contribute
you will:
1. provide training on ci tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (dms).
2. help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support ci activities and the dms.
3. facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental kpi scorecard gaps.
4. establish new work standards to sustain improvement.
5. train and qualify colleagues on ci tools and new work standards resulting from ci activities.
what you will bring

3. application of lean and/or tpm tools in a factory or operations environment.

1. experiencia mínimo de 2 años en producción o mantenimiento en procesos de industrias alimenticias o farmacéuticas.
2. herramientas de excelencia operacional (pokayoke, kaizen, 5w, rca) y metodología de proyectos experiencia mínimo 1 año.
3. conocimiento en administración de proyectos mínimo de 2 años.
4. conocimiento de tpm, mantenimiento autónomo.
5. conocimiento en sistema sap.

7. decisiones de calidad.

10. 4-5 años mínimo de experiencia trabajando en industria alimenticia en manufactura indispensable y comprobable.
educación / certificaciones:
1. ing. Industrial, alimentos, mecánico o afín. Licenciatura económico-industrial.
2. green belt / yellow belt.
3. inglés intermedio.
