*management systems leader position summary*:
this position is responsible to lead and support bendix truck excellence management systems administration and related activities.
leads and supports management system development including:
- manage and support truck excellence (tex) management system initiatives and administration.
- facilitation and leadership of task teams to improve processes where needed throughout the business.
- plm active workspace key user activites
- support bendix facilities relative to needs pertaining to quality standards, audit programs and management review.
*essential functions*:
- support the development of the global management system to increase efficiency and effectivity.
- key support role for the transfer and digitalization of existing bendix processes to bic
- managing truck excellence (tex) management system information in cvs plm, and intranet
- bendix cvs plm key user, including testing, troubleshooting, coaching activities.
- support bpr (business process responsible) for cvs plm (tex) / bic
- kpi monitoring and reporting: manage and analyze reports and generate appropriate response and activities to improve plm workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
- provide leadership and direction to the truck excellence document control agents, quality reviewers and process drivers.
- review process documentation and drive, implement, and support related updates as required to ensure the system is current and relevant.
- support global and bendix-wide harmonization of processes and kpis.
- lead and motivate teams and stakeholders to drive systems and process improvements across the entire bendix business organization.
facilitation and leadership of task teams to improve processes (incl.
data quality).
- support the implementation of truck excellence management systems in new locations
- support truck excellence management system conformity with standards like iatf16949, vda, aspice, cyber security, functional safety and others as required.
- support internal audit programs and related activities.
- communicate, monitor, and facilitate bendix management system related corrective action activities.
- other duties as assigned.
*knowledge*:
- extensive knowledge with respect to how all functions/systems interact from the highest level down to the shop floor execution within business
- experience in management system and process development, maintenance, and training
- extensive knowledge of process management, including all aspects of certification and compliance to iso9001/iatf16949
- knowledge and use of corresponding plm (product lifecycle management) software / document control database and process modeling tools (e.g.
bic or related systems)
- knowledge of intranet and web-site management
- knowledge of effective internal audit programs and methodologies.
- working knowledge of six sigma tools and methodologies
- working knowledge of quality management systems, advanced quality planning, core tools, and related methodologies and practices.
- working knowledge with respect to problem solving
- extensive knowledge of business systems in both a manufacturing and central function climate
- basic knowledge of agile and scrum approaches as pertains to knorr-bremse and bendix engagement.
- basic knowledge of learning theory and organizational change theory
- extensive knowledge of how to facilitate/lead change.
- good communication, training, organization and moderation skills.
*experience*
- minimum of 5-7 years' experience leading or as an active participant with iso9001/ iatf16949 certification and compliance is required.
- internal auditing experience is required; auditing within the automotive industry is preferred.
- minimum of 5-7 years' experience leading change/continuous improvement in manufacturing and central function environments is required.
- prior experience with global and multi-facility collaboration is required.
- prior experience with advanced quality planning is preferred.
- prior experience with leading organizational change is preferred.

- good basic negotiation skills when working with internal and external parties demonstrated proficiency with computer software and hardware tools
