responsible for day-to-day operations within assigned manufacturing area, including maintaining production schedules to support business demands, identifying and driving process improvement initiatives, and supporting talent development programs, while maintaining a high level of safety, quality, efficiencies and regulatory compliance.
work with team members to establish department goals and objectives and identify appropriate measurements and track progress in each area.
position lead and facilitate process improvement teams using the process excellence methodology (jjps) and use a participative leadership style that helps to promote and preserve the culture of continuous improvement to optimize processes;and manage the technical issues which may impact production.
collaborate on the identifications and implementation of capital project(s) which support process improvement and advanced manufacturing capabilities.

- guarantee the delivery of finished product on time and in compliance with quality specifications.

- maintain control of budgeted expenditure (opex based on monthly objective).
- manage all the incidents of the personnel under their charge and execute the registration and reports through the information management system (assistance, absences, permits, vacations, etc.).

- establishes personnel work schedules and product lines according to business needs
- provides information on the production flow and identifies possible manufacturing problems.

- guarantee the timely closing of observations detected during the gemba walks process.
- facilitate the implementation of proposals that support improving the results of the credo survey.
