remote | full-time | salary: $30,000 mxn (resico) or $24,000 mxn (payroll) + benefits + uncapped commission

this is a great opportunity for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in it, software, or saas sales who want to specialize in b2b sales and work with clients in the u.s. and canada.
1. identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound efforts (cold calling, emails, linkedin outreach).
2. engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and present it and software solutions.
3. conduct virtual product demos and assist in contract negotiations.
4. build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
5. manage leads and sales processes using crm tools like hubspot, salesforce, or pipedrive.
6. collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and performance.
minimum requirements:
* minimum of 2 years of experience in it, software, saas, or technology sales (b2b preferred).
* advanced or native english proficiency (required for u.s. and canada clients).
* experience in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
* knowledge of it solutions, apis, saas, or digital platforms.
* strong negotiation, communication, and consultative sales skills.
* experience with crm tools like hubspot, salesforce, or pipedrive.
* self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
* available to work 9 am – 6 pm est (flexible hours).
100% remote position with all necessary tools provided.
