key responsibilities:
1. market development:
o identify and develop new business opportunities in the latam region, specifically mexico and brazil.
o conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
2. networking and relationship management:
o leverage an existing network of distributors, partners, and clients in mexico and brazil to drive sales.
o build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
3. strategic planning:
o develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets in the latam region.
o collaborate with internal teams, including regulatory, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure successful market entry and product launches.
4. regulatory and compliance:
o ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements in the latam region for product registration and marketing.
5. sales and performance tracking:

qualifications:
* bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the pharmaceutical formulations industry.
* strong network and relationships within the latam pharmaceutical market, especially in mexico and brazil.
* knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and market dynamics in the latam region.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* proficiency in spanish and/or portuguese is an added advantage.
