The main activities for this position are:
- if there is some documentation missing the arc clerk will gather that information.
- constant communication with homeowners to request additional documents, provide arc updates, and share the committee's answer.
Position schedule
m to f 10:30 to 19:30 cst

*requirements*:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- tech-savvy.
- 2 years of experience working with end-to-end work orders or tickets.
- strong writing skills in english. A writing sample will be provided.
