*main purpose*:
- this role is responsible of the end to end external recruitment process strategy for l01 - l07 open positions for frito lay us aligned with the local requirements.
partner with the business to assess and advice on talent acquisition requirements creating strong working relationships and developing a thorough knowledge of us pepsico's business and culture in order to fulfill the business talent needs.
*accountabilities* / responsibilities*

partner with us l01 - l07 people hiring managers as ta exclusive fronting to understand and fulfil external talent needs.
- _guarantee end to end external recruitment process is properly executed:_- _
facilitation of hiring manager intake meeting to align the process, slas and profile requirement_
- _
trigger external posting with hbs_
- _
- _
- _
collect post interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed_
- _
create the oldf (offer letter detailed form) and send it to the hbs team to generate the offer letter_
- _

ensure good customer service and guarantee service level agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations_
- _
create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, and business requirements.
stay updated on pepsico's global tools and processes and market recruiting trends and techniques_

develop a thorough knowledge of pepsico's us business and culture in order to identify the right external talent_
- _
develop and maintain strong working relationships with hbs operation to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results for their portfolio services considering both internal and external recruitment processes_
- _
leverage technology (ats, hiredscore, modern hire, etc..) to maximize the recruitment process_
- _
responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution of requisition related issues_
- _
track and report kpis and slas related to external end to end recruitment process for us l01 - l07_
- _
- _
plan and overview workload of external l01 - l07 e2e recruitment process through analysts_
- _
manage analysts by providing coaching and day to day oversight of the workstream volume_
- _
identify critical and recurrent roles and ensure pipeline strategy for the extended team._

education*:
- _bachelor's degree in business, psychology, hr or related- *professional experience*:
- _3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience, which may include ta coordinator, hr, recruiting, or prior functional applicable experience, among others
- _proven work experience as a talent sourcer or similar role, with experience with sourcing techniques (e.g.
recruiting on social platforms and crafting boolean search strings), familiarity with hr databases, applicant tracking systems (ats, such as kenexa)_
- _
2 years' experience supervising individuals with task completion and workload distribution (desirable)- *skills*:
- _proficient in full suite of microsoft suite of products: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook_
- _
strong english oral and written communication skills_
- _
customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills_
- _
applicant tracking system experienced preferred_
- _
ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process_

ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time_
