responsibilities:
1. assume any responsibilities and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor and fulfill them satisfactorily.
2. balance workloads (time taken, etc.).
3. apply knowledge in ergonomics for workstations.

8. understand mrp / oracle systems.
9. be responsible for manufacturing kpis.
10. keep your work area in order and clean.
11. actively participate in the improvement of the quality/safety and environment management system, based on the procedures and instructions, as well as sharing, understanding, and complying with the quality/safety and environment policy.
12. design the process flow to ensure an adequate flow of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products, optimizing the use of physical space and resources through lean manufacturing techniques.
13. define tools, fixtures, straightedges, poka-yokes, equipment, etc., that allow for a robust process that guarantees product quality.
14. document processes, tools, customer drawings, specifications, and any customer requirements through work instructions, procedures, checklists, etc., in accordance with plant quality system guidelines.
15. coordinate the efforts of the work team in carrying out failure modes of the product, and work with the quality engineer to ensure adherence to requirements, redesigning or updating any of the previous points as necessary.
16. provide support to operational areas in solving problems and defining methods.
17. execute cost reduction projects (downtime, material optimization, labor reduction, etc.) and quality improvement (defect reduction, cost of poor quality, etc.).
18. perform basic calculations on machine capabilities and create demanded documentation.
19. support a positive culture of safety to ensure production lines meet all health and safety requirements.
20. carry out process failure analysis and provide clear root cause investigation.

qualifications:
1. degree completed in engineering (industrial, electrical, mechatronics, or related field).
2. 2-3 years of job experience (flexography process).
3. systematic problem-solving thinking.
4. technical skills in mechanical and electrical equipment.
5. knowledge in apqp.
6. high communication skills towards all levels of the organization.
7. effective communication (oral and written in english and spanish).
8. teamwork as a leader or member of the team.
