what you'll do
* develops and implements hr strategies and policies tailored to the local context
* provides hr support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with labor laws
* delivers and excutes hr processes, advices and supports on policies accurately
* steers salary review process for relevant management levels within the country
* supports recruitment activities for talents locally and reviews talent pipeline within the country / sub-region
* coordinates performance and talent management process and acts as moderator locally
* manages the promotion process and supports employee development plans
* leads change management projects and communications for organizational transitions
* implements initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
* identifies local training needs and coordinates development programs for employees
* handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and conflicts within the local context
