Key account manager*, you will:- identifies the best channel for engagement with customers, defaulting to virtual for the majority of deals where value is insufficient to warrant travel.- prospect new customers and close sales for an assigned geography.- validates customer needs, shapes product plans, and drives deals to close- supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies.- focuses on new logo acquisition and mid-contract upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewals.- possesses core knowledge across products within the subsegment and engages sales specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to close.- understands specific customer archetypes and needs most prevalent within the subsegment and territory.- uses an automated and insight-driven salesforce workflow to progress deals.- kpis include-nurturing opportunities and moving more complex sales to close: new logo sales.
existing 'non-named' account incremental sales*about you*you're a fit for the role if your background includes:- +5 years of experience as a hunter, making consultative sales of saas technology solutions in the corporate/enterprise segment.- consistent performance about the delivery of sales targets.
