.the business analyst performs business analysis and design, working in partnership with stakeholders in global business functions, markets and it engagement teams.the business analyst will bring the inputs from relevant stakeholders, and their own independent research and analysis, to produce consistent, coherent requirements that underpin the capabilities and features on the medical roadmap.the business analyst operates with a high level of interactive communication, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity, and is experienced in managing remote relationships and communications using the toolsets available within astrazeneca.the role will partner with the medical global capability lead, taking responsibility to deliver high quality business cases, business process designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet established astrazeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs.the business analyst will share best practices in relevant communities of practice, contributing to internal it processes and standards for business analysis and design.
