Reporting to mx country hr manager, the hrbp acts as a fungible hr generalist with depth and breadth expertise assigned to support several business units. The hrbp is predominately a location hybrid position.*responsibilities will include but not be limited to*:- engage with business and / or hr point of contact to understand business and translate into hr implications and solutions.- partner to build and update the actionable hr plans.- connect with center of excellence to understand roadmaps and implementation in multiple business units.- deeply knows hr practices, tools and systems to advice and select the best solution for each situation.- project / program manage the execution of hr plans delivers.- delivers employee relations (er), organizational development (od) and workforce planning (wfp) support to multiple business units as needed.- monitors center of excellence effective delivery of hr foundational services, keep the business running and keeping intel legal.- provides support to cross-functional projects as needed.- partner across hr to identify and deliver scalable solutions.- provides advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, organizational planning, recognition and rewards, performance issues/ improvement and terminations, employee relations issues, and corporate people movement actions.- influence, coaching, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.- data analytics: understand how to pull consolidate from multiple sources analyze and make recommendations.- continuous learning and navigating polarities, volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (vuca) environment.- talent management: willing to develop knowledge on how organization design connects to end-to-end talent strategies.- strategic execution: translate business strategy into and hr implications, tailor hr solutions, project management, execution and articulate the story with data.*qualifications*:*minimum requirements*:- bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, business administration, organizational development, industrial psychology, or related field.- 3+ years of experience as hr business partner in multinational companies.
