*responsibilities*:*content creation*: develop high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each social media platform.
*social media strategy*: collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with company goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and lead generation.
*ad campaigns*: manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creativity.
*stay current*: stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
*brand consistency*: ensure that all social media content is in line with the brand's voice, values, and guidelines.
*collaboration*: work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
*social listening*: monitor conversations about our brand and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities and advocacy opportunities.
*qualifications*- bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is a plus.- proven experience as a social media specialist or similar role.- proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.- strong written and verbal communication skills.- excellent content creation and graphic design skills.- understanding of seo and content marketing.- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.- creative thinking and a strong eye for detail.- familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.- knowledge of the latest trends and platforms in social media.- familiarity with seo principles and practices to optimize content for search engines.- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
