you will work on strategic marketing project that drive commercial growth by collaborating closely with the local business development managers team.primary responsibilities:work closely with regional directors, team lead and hod to develop go-to-market strategies for the region.lead all latam regional marketing plans, and align them with the rest of marketing stakeholders.work with media agencies and/or directly with media suppliers (websites, radio, out of home) to book media placements for the region.become a go-to person and reliable representation for marketing within regional and country specific forums and help build strong working relationships both within marketing and across the wider business.own and complete clear event and campaign briefs to develop awareness and acquisition regional campaigns that are designed to reach country goals and achieve maximum portfolio exposure for our brand.work closely with the marketing ops & planning department to effectively hand over the execution of the business brief, providing guidance where required.request research and analysis of regional market trends and competitors, implement insights into campaign briefs.work closely with the compliance department to identify new opportunities for the regional marketing activities, make sure all briefed campaigns and marketing content are compliant.report on agreed kpis and campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, draw insights and identify improvement opportunities.
contribute to post-campaign analysis.monitor and be aware of regional marketing spend and ensure budgets are helping to deliver country objectives.ensure delivery of tasks within agreed deadlines, that the quality of work delivered is of a high standard, and that any data is verified with relevant sources.experience qualifications:5 years and above of working experience within the cfd industry with direct experience in designing and launching marketing initiatives for the latam region.experience in both digital as well as offline marketing initiatives.experience in media placement as well as basic principle of direct email marketing logic.strong awareness and understanding of local cfd competitors, ability to identify marketing trend and to leverage such understanding in implementing the initiatives within the team to boost latam overall revenue (users & total deposits)
