Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position.
- minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role with at least 1 of that year in a supervisory role.
- proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a sales team.
- experience in customer service is essential.

- knowledge of performance evaluation procedures.
- outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
