we are looking for a bilingual (eng) customer care representative for one of our new projects with great potential for growth.
the ideal candidate has a great enthusiastic attitude and loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting company clients into passionate promoters.
what you will do:
* solving telephone requests from existing clients of our business client.
* work with internal departments to meet client's needs.
* providing information about products and services (additional services, tariffs).
* providing information on billing for services and payments for customer's services.
* resolving client complaints.
* work with service requests and their transfer to all competent departments (creation, sending, closing, informing the customer about the status of the request).
mandatory profile requirements:
* 2 - 3 years minimum of relevant experience in customer service. (mandatory)
* advanced level of english (spoken and written). (mandatory)
* high school graduation (provable). (mandatory)
* professional customer service skills: solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.
* fair written and verbal communication skills.
* critical thinking and logical thinking.
* ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* thinks outside of the box.
* demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
* problem-solving abilities.
location:
type of work: 100% on-site.
schedule:
monday to friday only, 8 working hours from 6 am to 7 pm.
monthly salary:
up to $18,500 monthly.
