*what you will do*:
meet production objectives to ensure timely service and product functionality. It is responsible for meeting assigned production programs, through proper human, technical and material management. Comply with the guidelines and regulations of health, safety and environment
*how you will do it*:
- develop line schedule plan, considering line rates and prepare attainment report.subassembly and fg inventory control vs fill ratesdirect contact with csr to ensure all the dates and requests are being answered and solved in a timely manner
- monitor on time shipments by request, lead time and promise dates.
- keeping results above targets.responsible to capture root cause analysis together with the value stream team and action plan to improve metrics.
- system maintenance jobs, product idresponsible of creating recovery plans when past due accumulation or special projects to measure progressdevelop and participate in kaizen events to improve plant metrics
- responsible of promote safe environment at workkey element in the customer service and continuous improvement culture.
- responsible to monitor and maintain past due in the lowest levels possible, by scheduling ahead due dates and creating action
- promote and reinforce the integrity of data.
- develop inventory reduction plans for subassembly and fg by converting, reworking excess of material.self-learner and problem solver.
