no matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.responsibilitiesthe opportunity:the compliance analyst is a key member of the compliance & ethics (c&e) training and engagement team with responsibilities relating to c&e training, communications, portal, code of conduct and related policies, as well as c&e department resources and communication.your impact:as compliance analyst, your functions would consist of:participate in developing course materials for annual code of conduct and anti-bribery courses, biennial ethical leadership training, new hire code of conduct training and other ad hoc on-line training initiatives.support review process of the course materials, including providing and collecting internal input, communicating edits to vendor, working with vendor on changes and ensuring quality of training courses.collaborate with learning management system (lms) team and other teams in supporting the annual and biennial training.
includes managing standard processes, troubleshooting technical issues and updating training faq doc for my learning team.responsible for coordinating translations (25 languages) of all course materials and related communications.
review course translations to check course functionality and formatting.point person for reviewing all training course analytics and course disclosures, including anti-bribery disclosure data.
review, analyze and distribute results to c&e teams.support annual code of conduct review.
includes incorporating subject matter expert feedback into document, forwarding questions, coordinating implementation of edits with vendor, updating link sheets, translations, translation review for core languages, and uploading internal and external pdfs.collaborate with c&e team and corporate communications on development of c&e-related communications.
primary responsibility for working on developing digital signage as well as for all translations of c&e communications.responsible for all c&e testing and monitoring activities relating to training, communications and policies
