Responsibilities
1. responsible for multisite recruitment (chihuahua, reynosa, la laguna and r&d center)
2. develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidates
3. establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
4. network through various agreed channels, database, social media
5. monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices
6. act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process
7. accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
requirements:
8. bachelor’s degree.
9. automotive experience.
10. minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally within in-house recruitment / agencies.
11. experience in building talent pools in the areas of operations (production plants), r&d, it, supply chain, etc.
12. proven experience in actively sourcing passive candidates.
13. exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
14. advance english language skills.
15. high level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as attention to detail.
16. proficiency in microsoft office.
