responsibilities:
1. campaign coordination: collaborate with internal and external teams to conceptualize, build, and deploy email campaigns using sermo's email service provider (esp).
2. performance analysis: proactively monitor and analyze email campaign results, database health, and industry trends. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
3. data-driven optimization: utilize data insights to develop and implement recommendations for enhancing all aspects of email campaigns, including creative assets, internal templates, and testing strategies (e.g., a/b testing, subject line testing).
4. client engagement strategy: partner with leadership to establish and optimize a best-in-class client engagement strategy. Tailor strategies to support sermo's diverse product offerings and solutions.
5. cross-functional collaboration: build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to address internal and external challenges. Provide support in problem-solving and workflow improvement initiatives.
6. subject matter expertise: serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert on promotional email initiatives. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
