we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of analyst– access management.
the analyst iam operation - access management is responsible for ensuring access control (management, analysis, user provisioning) to platforms and applications core of hsbc. Ensures compliance with the standards by strategic and operational support controls. Make appropriate metrics generation to identify progress and deviations of processes, ensuring continuous improvement and use of resources according to the requirements of the operation.
responsibilities: generation of indicators: identify deviations of processes. Management and control of platform windows, racf, and database users. Administration and control of user recertification. Generates metrics monthly for group and i & am operation. Manual activities: provisioning of basic accounts in applications and platforms to user entry. Execution of daily casualties reported of employees in all accounts that are managed and i & am operation. Execution of low requested by business through line manager or approver's area. Provision of access to the file server and nas infrastructure, managed by i & am operation. High, low and change platform and database accounts. High, low, unblock, modifications profiling, debugging and user certification for business applications managed by i & am operation. Managing privileged accounts par, power users, shared and applications. Management and support tasks: monitoring and support to technical events and projects. Support of level administrative for different platforms/applications. Control and management of database users. Administration of applications for safeguarding and control of special users. Support for recertification of users. Segregation of duties. Support to regulator internal and external for compliance of audits. Development of operational documentation.
