the position looks after increasing the presence and physical availability of our brands by using the _"how brands grow" _methodology.
develops and consolidates the multi-channel pos (point of sales) materials strategy keeping in mind the most relevant category entry points (ceps) by brand, and coordinates its process from ideation until implementation at pos.what it's like to work here:- in charge of defining the best- _picture of success_ (picos) elements for each channel considering the brand strategies and the most important drivers from the shopper's perspective (nationwide).- responsible for developing innovative pos materials that help to improve the brand experience at the point of sale, always considering the expected "look and feel" of the brand, and the "wow factor" regarding the pos segmentation.- manages the national pos agency within the objectives and scope of the b-f global pos sourcing project and works like a "transmission belt" with the internal key stakeholders.- accountable for the execution strategy at the outlet level and prepared execution guidelines to clarify it with the fso and sales teams.- develops pos segmentation models and proposes improvement actions that give a competitive advantage in building "perfect stores".- manages, proposes, and evaluates elements for the multi-channel and multi-brand pos toolkit (nationwide).- collaborates on the picos implementation metrics through the salesforce tool with fso, finance and rgm.we are looking for people who:- from 2 to 3 years in similar positions in trade marketing, customer marketing, execution excellence, marketing or sales.skills / knowledge:- education: bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, administration or business.- languages: upper-intermediate english.-- technical knowledge: information analysis, budget management, nielsen / iscam reading, project management tools, profitability models, pos materials administration
