come have a seat at our table.what you will do in this role:establish the appropriate strategies for the protection of people, assets, and offices as well as the protection of visitors, executives and employees on travel in mexico.what it's like to work here:- coordinate security operations, establish security operation guidelines, and metrics system for the evaluation of security personnel and executive drivers internal and external.- design formats to establish risk measurement systems and records, identify the different conditions of vulnerability, and implement security systems that result from the risk analysis, in the corporate offices in mexico and in ground transportation and executive protection for visitors and employees on travel.- logistics support for transfer of executives visiting the production plant, offices or distribution centers, logistic support in the executive security to directors and managers in travel situations or special transfers.
give operative support in the security of the dgo when it is required.- design security schemes and systems; technical, human and administrative aspects as a result of the corresponding risk analysis.- to identify the levels of knowledge of the personnel, trains in security matters to the internal personnel, propose training plans for the external personnel, in coordination with the training area propose development programs for the internal security personnel.- control the vehicles for the ground transportation security operation; administer repairs, fuel maintenance of the security flotilla and community units.- perform security audits in the bases according to the processes established for it, suggesting security measures that arise from the analysis according to the levels of risk.- review, record, document, file and consult the information generated by the security systems and use it in the case of an incident.- establish and maintain relations with local authorities related to the process, also maintain relations with colleagues of other companies.- comply with training programs on emergency management and fire brigades.-- comply with the rules established about integral waste management, hazardous chemicals substances, emergency response and identify environmental aspects and impacts in the process.
