The inside sales representative is responsible for identifying business relationships and opportunities by increasing our transactions and gross profit with existing agents. This position reports directly to the revenue manager. The inside sales representative position requires excellent communication skills to meet the business needs of our ria agents. Ria manages win-win partnerships with small and medium-sized agents that offer money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, and check cashing services at an affordable price. This position will be focused on growing specific corridors, mostly through phone calls, emails, etc. The inside sales representative calls agents daily, finds opportunities weekly, and meets monthly transactions and gross profit targets.
responsibilities
responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* create and nurture strong relationships with the portfolio of agents to ensure a long-lasting business collaboration with ria.
* act as a problem-solver when agents face issues with their day-to-day ria business.
* self-organize a smartly-structured weekly plan to meet set targets.
* know how to resolve anything from system queries.
* provide or update branding solutions for existing agents in accordance with marketing department’s guidelines.
* support new and existing agents and assist them with troubleshooting equipment.
* increase sales and market share of existing products (money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, and check cashing).
* analyze company reports and market data to address, reinforce, and correct performance trends to capitalize on market opportunities for new and existing agents.
* provide and execute fact-based recommendations on product pricing (customer fee and foreign exchange rates) and agent commissions.
* support various departments at headquarters to ensure that agents comply with company policies, compliance guidelines, and procedures.
* support sales and finance teams by providing analytical reporting and sales forecasts.
* develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize revenue.
* initiate a high volume of outbound calls to develop and maintain relationships with our agents.
qualifications
requirements:

* 1 or more years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field
