Reporting to the *customer support manager *you as a *customer service representative *you will be resposible for provide customer service and support to powr-gard internal and external customers.
*about the job*:
- provide order fulfillment
- practice and adhere to lean enterprise concepts
- provide professional and accurate information to customer phone inquiries. To log on the phone queue during work hours.
- provide assistance to credit analyst, planning team, sales engineers with requests.
- responsible for daily investigation and corrective actions of billing and delivery holds on orders and implement correction actions.
*about you*:
- 2-3 years of customer service in a manufacturing industry
- team player great personality, excellent phone / communication skills both written and oral.
- results oriented, good problem solving skills
- good organizational and proactive skills
- a “self starter”- thinker, doer - a person that initiates work.
- must be proficient in word and excel
- fluent and advanced english skills both written and spoken.
- able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- sap experience a plus
