Responsibilities
- work with global siop process leader to execute the consolidation of regional sales, inventory & operations planning activities amongst the sales, manufacturing and procurement functions consisting of, but not limited to:
- consensus demand planning
- manufacturing capacity and network optimization
- inventory optimization
- support scenario planning with executive leadership
- support global material & manufacturing planning senior director to build tools supporting global material & manufacturing planning process.
- data analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in global operations.
- process improvement: evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- ensure kpis are accurate and shared with the business in a regular, timely fashion.
- drive best practices and s&op/siop standardization across all business units and regions.
- creates an environment of continuous improvement with emphasis placed on building a culture of personal ownership.
- reporting: develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance and key metrics.
- collaboration: work closely with regional teams to understand their unique challenges and requirements and provide support to ensure alignment with global strategies.
- project management: lead and participate in projects aimed at optimizing operations, including process reengineering, system implementations, and change management initiatives.
- stakeholder communication: communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings.
- compliance: ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
accountabilities:
- all reports from global siop and global operational governance teams for accuracy, timeliness of update and quality of design to drive meaningful decisions.
- support of global siop process leader and global operations governance leader in running meetings and preparing for executive reviews.
qualifications
minimum job qualifications:
- minimum of 5 years' experience building data management and reporting tools, preferably in supply chain, sales operations or strategic sourcing.
- ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- ability to multitask and organize your own work efforts.
- strong communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally to drive solutions.
- working knowledge of sql to source data for global reporting
preferred qualifications:
- (apics or cpm)
- working knowledge of order processing systems, inventory management and material planning software (oracle preferred)
- experienced with microsoft power bi and power query
- familiar with smart sheets
- working knowledge of sql and oracle to source data for global reporting
education and certifications
- bachelor's degree in a technical field computer science, engineering, materials management, supply chain, or related field
