The role of affiliate coordinator is to be responsible for primarily managing affiliate accounts in the mexican side of the affiliate program, as well as implementation and delivery of affiliate marketing strategies.
you will be expected to recruit and manage new affiliates mainly for the mexican market, actively contributing to the growth of the affiliate program, negotiate deals with affiliates with a focus on maintaining low cost per acquisition and positive return on investment.

about the role:
the affiliate coordinator will be responsible for driving partnerships and affiliations and increasing affiliation revenues. Primary role includes responsibility to create new revenues by recruiting and retaining affiliate partners.

* acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships.

* meet acquisition & cpa targets.
* constantly look at ways to improve conversion rates for affiliate traffic.
* track and report on affiliate performance.
* consistent knowledge of competitors and industry changes in trends, innovations and common practices.
* manage spend within budgets set by management.
* optimization of running campaigns.
* managing a portfolio of assigned affiliate accounts as the main point of contact.
* interfacing with relevant affiliate networks to coordinate day-to-day aspects of program management and engage in regular communication with affiliates to foster growth.
your profile:
* educated to degree level and 1+ years relevant experience (digital advertising or affiliate marketing), advantage.
* strong negotiation and analytical skills.
* excellent professional communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with affiliates.
* hungry for success, sales-oriented, motivated to exceed targets and objectives.
* good team player adaptable for fast-paced work environment.
